Item Condition: All items are sold in as-is condition. Most items in the auction are used and should be considered to be in moderately used/aged condition unless otherwise posted. Some extra notes on the condition of an item may be given for blemishes that we notice (ex. "finish as-is", "leg has been repaired", "missing a stretcher", etc.) Please note that the listed problems may not be the only problems that keep these items from being in mint condition, nor does the lack of any listed defects mean that the item is in perfect condition. All items could have minor scratches, loose components, age cracks, worn areas, and other blemishes. Some items may have been repaired/altered at some point in their life beyond our scope of knowledge and therefore would not be listed. Please study the photographs of the item, give us a call, and/or visit in person during a scheduled preview time to inspect the condition of items that you are interested in to verify that they are in acceptable condition for you and your intended use of the item. Lighting and other electrical devices should be inspected carefully by a professional and may require re-wiring. Rugs and other items, including upholstered goods, may have worn areas, stains, and previously treated areas due to them being used for potentially many years. It is advised to inspect these items in person to make sure they are in a condition suitable for your needs. If you cannot inspect in person, please bid accordingly for the unknown factors. Color of items may appear different than real life due to settings on different computer screens and mobile devices. This auction contains a variety of items with different levels of quality. Please be aware that different manufactures/craftsmen use different quality standards in construction and materials. Please inspect or research carefully to determine if the product meets the quality you are searching for.
Item Inspection - All items are open to public inspection during designated dates and hours. Please see auction details for specific times for each auction. We encourage all bidders to carefully inspect auction items in person or send a representative to make sure that the condition, color, quality, etc. meet the bidders expectations. If a bidder or representative cannot come in person, please bid accordingly for the unknown factors. Please see item condition above.
Buyer's Premium & Sales Tax - ALL SALES are subject to a 13% Buyer’s Premium that will be added to the high bid.
All buyers must pay sales tax at current rate of 7%, unless you have a retail sales license on file with us for your online buyer number. If you wish to add your resale license to your online bidder number, please email or fax us a copy 2 hours before the listed closing time of the auction. If you fail to bring it 2 hours before the listed closing time of the auction - no refund for tax will be given for this auction.
Payment & Invoicing - The credit card on file will be charged for the total invoice amount after the close of the auction. Total invoice amount will include the bid price plus buyer’s premium and sales tax if applicable. When you come to pick up your purchase(s) please go to the front teller window to get your receipt/loading ticket. You will need to sign a copy that will be left at the office that states you are picking up your item(s) and that you recognize the following information about item removal:

Any and all methods of lifting, towing, hauling and securing, as well as all other methods or requirements for the removal and transport of the items, materials, equipment and/or vehicles, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Shipping - Buyers may ship items at buyer's expense using any moving or shipping company of their choice. Please see the bottom of this page for a list of shipping companies that may be able to assist you.
Staggered Closing Times - Items in this auction will close in intervals beginning with the first item closing at time specified for auction and continue consecutively throughout the entire catalog. This auction closes 1 item every 20 seconds. Example: The first item will close at 6:00:00. The next at 6:00:20, etc.
Extended Bidding - Items receiving bids within several minutes of closing will be entered into an extended bidding period. Each time an item is bid on during the extended bidding, time will be added to that particular item. Each item must have a period of 5 minutes of inactivity before closing.
Group Endings/Extension Items that are in a designated group will have a closing time of the last item in that group and will all close at the same time. In the case of extended bidding - if any item in the group receives a bid that causes it to go into extension, all items in the group will also extend and will continue each time a new bid is placed. All items in the group must have a period of 5 minutes of inactivity in order to close.
Registration - By registering and bidding for the auction, you agree that you have read and agree to abide by all terms and conditions contained herein. When you register for the auction, you will receive a bidding number via email. This bidding number is valid for all online auctions conducted by R.H. Lee & Co. Auctioneers, Inc.
Credit Card Authorization - When you register and place your first bid for the auction, your credit card number on file will be authorized for $1 to validate the credit card. This is only an authorization, and it will be automatically credited back to your account.
Any bidder who does not comply with the terms and conditions will have their bidding privileges revoked!
